What is Indonesia Coaching Institute (ICI)?
ICI is a Professional Coaching Education & Leadership Development institution, part of the Leadership Resources ecosystem. ICI runs coach education, certification, and Leadership and Executive Coaching.
What is the relationship between ICI, COACHING.co.id, and Leadership Resources?
One ecosystem with three roles: Leadership Resources as the corporate home and owner of the LEADX™ methodology, COACHING.co.id as the digital gateway and content hub, and ICI as the education and certification institution.
Is CSEC ICF-accredited?
The CSEC curriculum meets ICF & EMCC competency standards. This is a statement about the curriculum's competency standards, not an accreditation claim for the institution. Official accreditation status, if and when obtained, will be announced on this site.
Is CBIC an ICF credential?
No. CBIC™ is a certification issued by ICI, not an ICF credential.

Leaders and managers, HR and L&D practitioners, consultants and trainers, and anyone who wants to become a professional coach.
What are the learning format and schedule?
The format, dates, and duration of each batch are listed on the Schedule page and updated regularly. For organizations, the schedule is designed together.
How much do the programs cost?
Fees differ for each program and batch. Register for a Live Discovery Session or download the brochure via the form on the homepage, and our team will send you the details.
How can a certificate be verified?
Enter the certificate code on the Verify Certificate page. The system shows the holder's name, the program, and the certificate status.
What are coaching practice hours?
Professional programs require structured coaching practice. In the ICI LMS, participants log their practice hours, which mentors then verify.
