Assessment & Certification

Assessment and graduation requirements

"Certified" means something because graduation is decided by evidence of competence: an assessed recorded coaching session, a brief reflective case study, and observation of guided practice.

Requirements: at least 90% attendance of live hours · 4 hours of mentor coaching · coaching practice hours [hours — to be confirmed] · agreement to the ICI Code of Ethics.

Graduates receive a CELC™ certificate from Indonesia Coaching Institute with a unique number and QR code that can be publicly verified.
